Bahamas Rugby Football Union

  • Build a sustainable relationship with the nation and other clubs around the world for player development.
  • Deliver a fitness and coaching plan to best prepare the national team for the Nations Cup.
  • Support and give feedback on national squad selection and deliver an individual player work on program for short and long term player development.

Washington DC Furies

  • Completed an Overview of where the club currently is on and off the Pitch
  • Delivered a coaching workshop to players & coaches around delivering a model that is sustainable with a clear concise plan on what to expect in the future.
  • Delivered a comprehensive report in regards to coach recruitment and clear goal setting and understanding on how best to cater for the needs of all players across all levels of ability. Alongside this improving and developing the commercial aspects of the club with a focus to build a sustainable club that has an active involvement in the community and can retain and recruit new players.
  • I built a new commercial opportunity with a local business that was a sponsorship payment and a way to grow the club in the community and also add a new revenue stream to the club with potential to grow the relationship up to a value of $10,000 a year.

Tulane University 

  • Implemented and developed a strategy to improve short and long term player development and increase awareness of women’s rugby within the alumni and community.
  • Won a national championship with an un-seeded team and the team continue to have success due to frame works and cultures put in place and then driven by player empowerment
