“Matthew has been bought in to help Issah with strength and conditioning, and its remarkable in just two sessions the difference it’s made. After doing some sprint technique and movement work Issahs’ 20M time has reduced by over half a second.
Matthew is a great addition to the team and is challenging Issah as well as educating him round training and mindset. We are all excited to see how this relationship develops over the next three months before Issah goes back to the UK for the summer season and then back for a very hard preseason with Matthew”
