Bahamas Rugby Football Union

  • Built a sustainable relationship with the nation and other clubs around the world for player development
  • Delivered a fitness and coaching plan to prepare the national team for the Nations Cup
  • Supported and gave feedback on national squad selection
  • Delivered individual player programmes for short and long term player development

Washington DC Furies

  • Completed an assessment of club progress – on and off the pitch
  • Delivered a coaching workshop to players & coaches: provided expertise on delivering a sustainable model with a clear, concise plan on what to expect in the future
  • Delivered a comprehensive report on coach recruitment, clear goal setting and understanding on how best to cater for the needs of all players across all levels of ability.
  • Developed the commercial aspects of the club with a focus on building a sustainable club that has an active involvement in the community and can retain and recruit new players
  • Built a new commercial opportunity via a sponsorship payment with a local business – a way to grow the club in the community and also add a new revenue stream to the club, with potential to grow the relationship up to a value of $10,000 a year

Tulane University 

  • Implemented and developed a strategy to improve short and long term player development.
  • Increased awareness of women’s rugby within the alumni and community.
  • Won a national championship with an un-seeded team. They continue to have success due to frameworks and cultures put in place, driven by player empowerment.
